Easylet Villas Ltd will not be liable for any loss, or inconvenience caused.
The villa will contain a listed inventory of the contents of the property and should
be checked upon arrival, with any discrepancy notified to our representative.
Any discrepancies found at the end of the hire period, or the cost of any damage
or key replacement will be deducted from the key/damage deposit.
The property will be cleaned between hirers, but it is expected that you leave the
property reasonably clean & tidy.
Any excessive cleaning will be deducted from the key/damage deposit.
The property shall not be sublet nor shall the occupancy exceed or differ from that
stated on the booking application without prior agreement.
Easylet Villas Ltd shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury to the
hirer or any member of the hire party due to any cause whatsoever, nor for any loss
or damage to personal goods or property during the period of hire.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, then please advise in writing as soon as
Refunds will be dependant on the property being re-let and will be subject to an
administrative fee as follows:
For bookings cancelled prior to one month before the start date there will be a £20
For bookings cancelled within one month of the start date there will be a £50 fee.
Cancellation fees will be deducted from any refunds due.
Holidays paid for and not taken will not be refunded.
To make a booking you must be over 21 years of age and you must accept responsibility
for all members of your holiday party for the period of the booking (hire).
We operate a flexible booking system enabling you to book from any day to any day
(i.e. Not just Saturday to Saturday).
This enables you to book for a duration & a flight date to suit you. As well as flexibility,
this will also enable you to secure the best flight deals.
When you have decided on your preferred holiday dates, please complete a booking
on the Bookings page. Alternatively you can telephone Rosie on 01444 257050 to confirm
availability and make a provisional telephone booking (This must be followed up with
either an internet or paper booking form and the required payment).
Subject to availability we will make a provisional booking for you. When we receive
your payment of at least 1/3rd of the cost of the holiday we will make it a firm
booking and notify you of the confirmation.
We will hold the provisional booking for 7 days after which the provisional booking
will be automatically cancelled if no payment has been received.
Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance must be paid for in full at the time of
booking otherwise balance due dates will be given on your booking confirmation.
Bookings are not valid unless confirmed in writing by Easylet Villas Ltd.
Should the property become unavailable, Easylet Villas Ltd will endeavour to find
suitable alternative accommodation, or refund the payments made in full.
Bookings are made & accepted only on the following basis:
The hire period runs from 2:00pm on day of arrival to 10:00am on day of departure.
Flexibility can sometimes be given here to suit flight times, but is dependant on
other guest flight times.
The prices quoted are for the daily and weekly hire of the property as defined in
the availability calendars.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your trip which should
include cancellation insurance.
A fixed cleaning fee of €60 is charged locally and is payable locally by you on departure
and in Euros only.
Key Deposit and Additional Keys:
We require a £100 refundable key/damage deposit. (one key only)
Extra keys are available for an additional £10 refundable deposit per key. (up to
3 extra keys)
Linen and Additional Equipment:
Bed linen, In-door Towels, Electricity, Gas and Water are included within the price.
Please bring your own Beach towels & cot linen.
We can provide stair gates, 1 cot & 1 highchair free of charge if you require them
